Please contact a Program Assistant by phone at 613.546.8535 or through the email request below to make an initial appointment to meet with a therapist in person, by phone or by video. A variety of appointment times and services are available for your convenience. Our Program Assistants will help guide you to the right service and find a time available that works for you.

Appointments are booked during the week between 8:30 and 7:00 pm. The first appointment usually takes between an hour to an hour & a half. Many find that a single meeting can create positive changes. Together with your therapist, a plan for next steps will be created.
